摘要 通过对山西兆光600 MW机组3#锅炉静叶可调轴流引风机叶片断裂事故进行分析,总结了风机失速的主要原因,并从烟道阻力、引风机风量、机组负荷波动这3方面提出改进措施,经过长期调试后,提高了引风机的安全性和稳定性,改善了风机失速问题。 The main reasons for the fan stall were summarized through the analysis of the blade fracture accident in the static blade adjustable axial flowfan of the No. 3 boiler of the 600 MW in Shanxi Zhaoguang Power Generating Company. The corresponding improvement measures were put forward according to the resistance in the chimney flue,the air volume of the induced draft fan,and the load fluctuation. It is verified that these measures could improve the security and stability of the induced-draft fan and resolve the fan stall after operating for a long time,.
