摘要
目的优化加味天麻胶囊干燥工艺,确定最佳干燥工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以进样速度(A)、进风温度(B)及药液相对密度(C),做为影响喷雾干燥的三个主要相关工艺因素进行考察研究,考察粒度水分、粒度合格率及生产效率。结果喷雾干燥的最佳条件:进样速度10m L/min,药液相对密度为1.18g/m L,进风口温度为120℃时喷雾干燥效果最好。
objective: to optimize the drying process of jiwei Tianma capsule and determine the best drying conditions. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal test method was used to investigate and study the three main related technological factors affecting spray drying with the inlet velocity(A), inlet temperature(B) and relative density(C) of the drug liquid. The grain size moisture, grain size yield and production efficiency were investigated. Results The best conditions for spray drying were: the inlet speed was 10 m L/min,the liquid density was 1.18 g/m L, and the effect of spray drying was best when the inlet temperature was 120 ℃.
