摘要
目的探析输尿管软镜在肾结石治疗中的临床价值。方法选择肇庆市端州区人民医院2014年3月-2016年10月收治的肾结石患者110例,根据手术方法不同随机分为观察组58例和对照组52例,对照组患者行经皮肾镜手术治疗,观察组患者行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后高热发生率、一次结石清除率、住院时间。结果两组患者的手术时间、术后高热发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的术中出血量为(18.7±3.6)ml,少于对照组的(62.5±6.1)ml;观察组一次结石清除率为96.55%,高于对照组的82.69%;观察组患者的住院时间为(4.92±0.43)d,少于对照组的(7.63±0.72)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石疗效确切,能有效清除结石,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of renal calculus. Methods 110 patients with nephrolithiasis of Duanzhou District People＇s Hospital of Zhaoqing were selected from March 2014 to October 2016. According to different surgical methods,they were randomly divided into observation group（58 cases）and control group（52 cases）. Patients in the control group were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Patients in the observation group underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser holmium laser lithotripsy. The two groups were compared in terms of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of postoperative fever,primary stone clearance,and hospital stay. Results There was no significant difference in operation time and postoperative high heat rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was（18.7±3.6）ml,which was less than that of the control group with（62.5±6.1）ml;The primary stone clearance rate in the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 82.69% in the control group;The hospitalization time of the observation group was（4.92±0.43）d,which was less than that of the control group with（7.63±0.72）d;The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser holmium laser lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of renal calculus. It can effectively remove stones and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
