摘要
目的分析潍坊市2014-2016年风疹流行病学特征,为预防控制风疹和先天性风疹综合征提供参考。方法收集整理潍坊市2014-2016年风疹疫情资料并对其进行描述性流行病学分析。结果潍坊市2014-2016年累计报告风疹发病148例,年均发病率为0.53/10万。发病率较高的有奎文区3.29/10万,寒亭区1.54/10万,昌邑市0.82/10万,潍城区0.64/10万;男、女性发病率分别为1.01/10万、0.65/10万;0~6岁为0.73/10万,15~34岁为1.28/10万,35~44岁为0.87/10万。1~5月发病的占87.84%;工人占31.76%,农民占19.59%,学生占10.14%;有免疫史的占45.27%。结论加强风疹和先天性风疹综合征的监测可以为其预防和控制提供科学的数据依据。
Objective To determine the epidemiological characteristics of rubella in Weifang from 2014 to2016 and to provide evidence to improve control of rubella and congenital rubella syndrome. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on epidemic data of rubella in Weifang City between2014 and 2016. Results A total of 148 cases of rubella were reported in Weifang City between 2014 and2016,with an average annual incidence of 0.53/100 000. The districts with high annual average incidences（per 100 thousand）were Kuiwen（3.29）,Hanting（1.54）,Changyi（0.82）,and Weicheng（0.64）. The incidence of male and female were 1.01 and 0.65（per 100 thousand）respectively. The incidences among patients aged between 0-6,15-34,and 35-44（per 100 thousand）were 0.73,1.28,and 0.87. 87.84%occurred between January and May; 31.76% were worker,19.59% were peasantry,10.14% were students;45.27% of the cases had immunization records. Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring of rubella and congenital rubella syndrome can provide scientific data for its prevention and control.
