摘要
目的探究分析老年综合评估在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)护理中的临床应用。方法 93例老年慢阻肺患者,随机分为实验组(47例)和对照组(46例)。实验组采用老年综合评估,对照组采用一般护理评估。比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者症状评分、活动评分、影响评分、肺功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.9901、0.2558、0.4716、1.2418,P>0.05)。干预后,实验组患者症状评分、活动评分、影响评分明显低于对照组,肺功能评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.0755、4.8927、6.7148、2.3815,P<0.05)。结论对老年慢阻肺患者实施老年综合评估能够有效提升护理水平,临床效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical application of comprehensive geriatric assessment in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 93 elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into experimental group（47 cases） and control group（46 cases）.The experimental group received comprehensive geriatric assessment,and the control group received general nursing assessment.The clinical nursing effect in two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the symptom score,activity score,impact score and pulmonary function score between the two groups（t=0.9901,0.2558,0.4716,1.2418,P〈0. 05）.After intervention,the symptom score,activity score,impact score of experimental group were significantly lower than the those of control group,and the pulmonary function score experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=4.0755,4.8927,6.7148,2.3815,P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive geriatric assessment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve nursing level,has remarkable clinical effect,is worthy of promotion and application.
