摘要
规划建设雄安新区,是党中央深入推进京津冀协同发展作出的一项重大战略决策部署。在经济新常态下,雄安新区住房建设应全面落实"房子是用来住的,而不是用来炒的"这一理念。本文将基于雄安新区的战略定位,提出以发挥政府主导作用、完善新区原居民的利益补偿机制、构建多层次的住房供应体系为主体的住房发展路径,以实现"居者有其屋"的目标,从而使雄安新区成为中国住房市场改革与创新的样板城市。
The planning and construction of Xiongan New Area is a significant strategic decision and arrangement set forth by the Party Central Committee to further promote Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development. The housing construction in Xiongan New Area should fully implement the concept of"housing is for living in, not for speculation". Based on the strategic orientation of Xiongan New Area, this article will propose a housing development path of the main body, which is to play the leading role of the government, improve the compensation mechanism of the original residents of the new area and build a multi-layers housing supply system, which helps to achieve the goal of"making home affordable", and makes Xiongan New Area a model city for the reform and innovation of China’s housing market.
