摘要
本文分析了如相关法律法规不完善、幼儿园管理和教育、幼儿教师职业倦怠等幼儿教师师德失范原因,同时也从社会方面、幼儿园方面、幼儿教师自身方面阐述了相应策略。
Are analyzed in this paper, such as imperfect relevant laws and regulations, kindergarten management and education,preschool teachers’ job burnout and preschool teachers’ ethics anomie reasons, but also from the aspects of society, the kindergarten,preschool teachers’ own aspects this paper expounds the corresponding strategy.
