摘要
原油罐脱水是原油加工过程中的一个重要环节,原油的低含水率有助于常减压装置的安稳生产。传统的人工脱水方式劳动强度大,对脱水含油难以精确监控,易造成脱水跑油的事故。自动脱水器的应用可实现连续脱水,减轻工人的劳动强度,避免有毒有害气体对人体造成伤害,有助于提高罐区自动化管理水平。油罐脱水按原理可分为缓冲罐式脱水与管道式脱水,液柱谐振式脱水器属于管道式新型脱水器。液柱谐振式管道脱水器耐用、稳定性强且免维护,不受介质特性、密度、温度、黏度等因素影响,具有脱水速度快、维护工作量小及安全可靠等优点。在惠州炼厂的应用表明,液柱谐振式管道脱水器对油反应灵敏,满足脱水含油≤1000mg/L的技术指标要求,小于1000mg/L的合格率为85%。运行安全可靠,可以减轻操作人员的工作强度,降低储运损失和安全环保风险。
Dehydration of crude oil tank is an important step in crude oil processing,for the low water content of crude oil contributes to the stable operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units.The tradi-tional manual dehydration is labor intensive,and it is difficult to accurately monitor the oil content of dehydration effluents,so oil leakage accident easily happens during the dehydration.The application of automatic dehydrator can realize continuous dehydration,reduce the labor intensity of operators,avoid the harms of toxic and harmful gases to human body,and help to improve the automation management level of tank farm.The dehydration of oil tank can be divided into buffer tank dehydration and pipeline dehydration according to principles,and liquid column resonant dehydrator is a new type of pipeline dehydrator.It is durable,stable and maintenance-free,and never affected by factors such as media characteristics,density,temperature and viscosity.It has advantages of high dehydration speed,less maintenance and high safety and reliability.Its application in Huizhou refinery shows that the liquid column resonant pipeline dehydrator is sensitive to oil and can meet the technical indicator of oil content of dehydration effluents（no higher than 1000 mg/L）,and an 85%qualification rate can be achieved for oil content less than 1000 mg/L.It can provide safe and reliable opera-tion,reduce the labor intensity of operators,and minimize the storage and transportation loss and the security and environmental risks.
