摘要
文学人民性作为一种美学原则,在时代的发展与更替中,不同历史语境赋予它不同的意指内涵。在文学人民性理论的发展历程中,有国民性、民族性、阶级性、真实性、进步性、人性等多种说法,导致这一理论话语在其语符体系中能指和所指联系模糊,内涵不清,外延不明。以知识考古的方式,对文学人民性理论进行学术史考察,不难发现这一理论话语和民族性话语具有同源性。从赫尔德提出具有现代意义的"人民性"开始,西方文学理论对文学人民性的思考主线一直是基于民族性的维度,这一理论话题在中国则经历了忽视、发现、重组、窄化的发展历程。提出以民族性重建文学人民性的理论设想,是基于其双重内涵、内容指向和发展历史的思考。这一理论设想也存在一些难题需要解决,如文化保守主义的陷阱、普遍性和独特性的悖论、现代性与反现代性的两难等。解决这些难题,对于我们重建这一理论有着重要的历史意义和现实价值。
As a principle of aesthetics,the nationality of literature has been given different meanings in different historical contexts with the development of times.In the course of the development of this theory,some claims which were proposed at that time,such as nationality,ethnic character,class nature,authenticity,progressiveness,humanity,etc,led to the unclear connection between its signifier and signified,and the ambiguity of its connotation and extension while this theoretical discourse is talked in its own context system.By studying the academic history of the nationality of the literature in the way of knowledge archeology,it is not difficult to find the homology of the discourse of this theory and that of the ethnic character.Starting from nationality,which is proposed by Herder with modern significance,the main idea of discussing the nationality of literature according to western literary theory has always been based on the ethnic character.However,this theoretical topic has experienced such a process in China of being neglected,development,reorganization,and narrowing.The assumption,the reconstruction of the nationality of literature by discussing ethnic character,is based on its dual connotation,content＇s orientation and history of development.This assumption also has some problems that need to be solved,such as the trap of cultural conservatism,the paradox of universality and uniqueness,and the dilemmas of modernity and anti-modernity.Solving these problems has important historical and practical values for our reconstruction of this theory.
