摘要
应用 BPR理论分析企业业务流程 ,提出生产管理系统重构是提高制造敏捷性的关键 ,建立了企业活动单元信息模型 ,阐述了采用组件技术实现企业生产管理系统快速重构的原理和方法 。
Based on the theory of business process reengineering(BPR), the enterprise business processes are analyzed.The analysis shows that the reconfiguration of production management system is the key for enhancing manufacturing agility. Then the activity information cell model of the enterprise is set up. The theory and method for rapid reconfiguration of production management system by using components technology are introduced.
