摘要
目的探讨心理联络护理模式对心血管外科患者术前焦虑、应对方式和自我效能的影响。方法按病区将73例心外科患者分为干预组35例,对照组38例。对照组给予常规术前护理,干预组在常规术前护理基础上给予心理联络护理模式干预。连续干预5d后评价效果。结果干预组干预后焦虑、屈服因子得分显著低于本组干预前和对照组干预后,面对因子和自我效能得分、护理满意率高于本组干预前和对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论心理联络护理模式可有效缓解心血管外科患者的术前焦虑,改善应对方式,提高自我效能。
Objective To explore the effect of psychiatric liaison nursing model on preoperative anxiety,coping style and self-efficacy of patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.Methods Totally 73 patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery were divided into an intervention group（n=35）and a control group（n=38）according to ward.The control group received routine preoperative nursing,while the intervention group additionally received psychiatric liaison nursing model.The effect was evaluated after continuous intervention of 5 days.Results After the intervention,the score of anxiety and yield factor of the intervention group were significantly lower than those before the intervention and the control group,while the score of confrontation factor and self-efficacy were significantly higher than those before the intervention and the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Psychiatric liaison nursing model could alleviate preoperative anxiety,improve coping styles and self-efficiency for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.
