摘要 针对光伏并网系统中传统SOGI-PLL在运行时因电网电压出现波动而导致输出角频率中含有基波二倍频谐波的问题,在分析二阶广义积分器锁相环的原理和结构的基础上,采用前馈滤波器消除电网电压计算和AD采样延时,并在环路滤波器前引入改进的陷波滤波器来消除二倍频谐波。Matlab仿真结果表明该改进的控制策略能有效地衰减前馈电网电压引起的谐波,并在电网频率跳变的非理想电压情况下快速锁定电压相位、保持良好的锁相精度,能进一步改善光伏并网逆变系统的控制效果。 To solve the problem that the traditional SOGI-PLL in the PV grid-connected system has the fundamental frequency double-frequency harmonic in the output angular frequency due to the fluctuation of the grid voltage during operation,a feedforward filter was used to eliminate the delay of grid voltage calculation and AD sampling.An improved notch filter was also introduced before the loop filter to eliminate the second harmonic.Matlab simulation results show that the improved control strategy can effectively attenuate the harmonics caused by the feedforward grid voltage,and quickly lock the voltage phase and maintain good phase-locking accuracy under the non-ideal voltage of the grid frequency jump,which can further improve the photovoltaic.
