摘要
渗水地膜穴播技术促进谷子等作物生长发育,是一项旱作高产技术,研究其推广范围与相应的扶贫效应对贫困地区脱贫致富具有重要意义。通过介绍谷子渗水地膜穴播技术及增产效应,调查其推广区域及扶贫效果,发现该技术在山西省推广种植过程涉及大多数地区,贫困县占比为50.0%~100.0%;该技术使农民增产又增收,典型贫困县增产幅度为37.4%~89.0%,贫困人口人均收入显著增加。渗水地膜机械化高产穴播谷子免间苗技术将科技创新与特色杂粮产业相结合,随着其推广范围的不断扩大和规模的发展壮大,将带动贫困群众依靠科学技术,开辟特色农业产业扶贫、精准扶贫的脱贫新途径。
Crop cultivation by mulching with water-permeability plastic film could promote the growth and development of crops such as foxtail millet, which has been a high-yielding technology in dry areas. Studying its extension scope and corresponding poverty alleviation effect is of great significance to poverty alleviation in poor areas. The article found about poor counties counted for 50.0%-100.0% in the planting of the technology in Shanxi province by the introduction of bunch planting with water-permeability plastic film in foxtail millet and its yield-increasing effect, the survey of its promotion area and poverty alleviation effect. It increased the crop production and income for the peasants, with yield increase 37.4%-89.0% in typical poor counties and income per capita of the poor population increased significantly. The technology of permeable plastic film combined with machine-sowing and thinning-free cultivation of foxtail millet is the combination of scientific and technological innovation and grain production industry. As the scope and scale continue to grow and develop, it will help the poor people to move on to a new way to poverty alleviation, also promote the targeted poverty alleviation supported with science and technology.
