摘要
针对工程项目风险规划进行研究,在对软系统特点进行分析的基础上,提出了如何将软系统方法适用到工程项目风险管理中的问题,指出在对系统进行开发之前,需要充分把握内容系统与问题求解系统,然后才能够根据软系统中的逻辑展开研究的结论,并对软系统方式在工程项目风险管理中的具体应用方式加以阐述。
This paper studies the engineering projects risk planning.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the soft system,the paper puts forward how to apply the soft system method to the engineering projects risk management.It is concluded that before the system is developed,it needs to be fully developed.The content system and the problem solving system are grasped,and then the research conclusions can be developed according to the logic in the soft system,and the specific application methods of the soft system approach in the risk management of the project are elaborated.
