摘要
为了能够精确地分析抽油机电动机的匹配规律,本文将抽油机的系统效率分成地面效率和井下效率两部分,通过对不同机型及泵径下匹配不同功率电动机单井的系统效率、地面效率、井下效率进行分类统计分析,进而确定不同机型及泵径下所应匹配的最佳电动机功率。通过分析,得出10型机44、57、70泵及14型机57、70、83泵所应匹配的最佳电动机功率。根据分析结果对电动机匹配不合理的低效井进行治理,最终有效降低能耗,年节电25.87×10~4kWh,年获经济效益16.53万元。
In order to obtain the axiom of electrical machinery power efficiency,this passage put pumping unit system efficiency into ground efficiency and down-hole efficiency,and analyze the system efficiency、ground efficiency and down-hole efficiency of 10 and 14 pumping unit,so we obtain the electrical machinery power efficiency of 10 and 14 pumping unit.We regulate the electrical machinery power efficiency of deficient wells by this axiom,and save electrical energy 25.87×10~4kWh every year,the commercial efficiency of save electrical energy is 16.53×10~4 Yuan every year.
