摘要
气缸盖是发动机的核心部件。从功能的角度介绍了气缸盖及各部件的重要性,介绍了气缸盖的材料和加工过程,总结其加工工艺特点及存在的加工难点。结合现场实际加工情况,做出科学合理的选择,灵活合理地安排加工工艺流程。
Cylinder head is the core component of engine components. This paper introduces the importance of cylinder head and various components from the point of view of function, introduces the material and processing process of cylinder head, and summarizes its processing technology and processing difficulties. Combined with the actual processing in the field, we should make scientific and reasonable choices and arrange the processing flow flexibly and rationally.
