摘要
目的 探讨经内窥镜气管异物取出术治疗气管异物的疗效。 方法 研究对象为该院气管异物患者68例，在2016年7月至2017年7月间入本院并接受治疗，通过电脑随机的方式，平分为两组，即常规组与研究组，两组分别有34例。常规组经气管镜取出气管异物，研究组以内窥镜气管异物取出术予以治疗，统计分析两组临床治疗效果。 结果 研究组一次性异物取出率为94.12%，显著高于常规组70.59%一次性异物取出率，有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）；研究组手术时间为（30.25±10.5）min，显著短于常规组（40.66±12.3）min，有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）；研究组不良反应率为5.88%，低于常规组17.65%，有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）。 结论 经内窥镜气管异物取出术对于治疗气管异物具有显著的优势，值得在临床上推广。
Objective ： To explore the curative effect of endoscopic endotracheal foreign body removal in treatment of trachea foreign body. Methods： From 68 patients with airway foreign body was used to conduct the study,in July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital and accept treatment,through the computer random way,split into two groups,namely the conventional group and research group,two groups there were 34 cases.The study group was treated with endoscopic trachea foreign body,and the clinical effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed. Results： The one-time removal rate of the team was 64.71%,significantly higher than the 50.00% disposable withdrawal rate of the conventional group,which was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.The time of operation of the study group was （40.25±10.5） min,significantly shorter than that of the conventional group （50.66±12.3） min,which was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than 17.65% in the conventional group and statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Endoscopic endotracheal allotomy has a significant advantage in treating trachea foreign body,which is worth promoting clinically.
