摘要
目的 分析西北地区(陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海、内蒙等地)女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染及亚型分布情况,对该地区宫颈癌的预防和监测提供依据。 方法 收集2016年3月至2016年7月送检的16 276例来自陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海、内蒙等地的女性宫颈分泌物样本,使用深圳亚能扩增杂交系统检测HPV-DNA亚型,对其结果进行回顾性分析。 结果 西北地区女性HPV总感染率为29.29%(4 768/16 276),以单一型别感染为主,占63.65%(3 035/4 768)。HPV23种亚型均有检出,共7 666例,以高危型感染为主,占74.82%(5 736/7 666)。高危型检出率较高的有HPV52(12.35%)、HPV16(11.77%)、HPV58(7.47%)。不同地域妇女感染的HPV亚型分布无明显差异。不同年龄阶段妇女感染的HPV亚型分布有差异性,高危型感染率较高的年龄阶段为31~40岁(62.71%)及41~50岁(63.21%)。 结论 西北地区女性HPV感染以单一高危型为主,感染率较高的HPV亚型依次为HPV52、HPV16、HPV58。高危型感染率较高的年龄阶段为31~50岁。
Objective To analyze the infection and subtype distribution of female papillomavirus (HPV) in Northwest China (Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai,Inner Mongolia and other places),and to provide basis for the prevention and monitoring of cervical cancer in this area. Methods From March 2016 to July 2016 were 16 276 cases from Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai,Inner Mongolia and other places of female cervical secretion samples,using Shenzhen Yaneng amplification hybrid system for detection of HPV-DNA subtype,and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total HPV infection rate of women in Northwest China was 29.29% (4768/16 276),with single type infection as the main factor,accounting for 63.65% (3035/4768).HPV23 subtypes were detected in 7666 cases,with high-risk infection mainly,accounting for 74.82 % (5736/7666).The higher risk rate of detection was HPV52 (12.35%),HPV16 (11.77%) and HPV58 (7.47%).There were no significant differences in the distribution of HPV subtypes among women in different areas.The distribution of HPV subtypes varied among women of different age groups,and the higher risk rates of infection were 31-40 years (62.71%) and 41-50 years (63.21%). Conclusion The HPV infection in women in Northwest China is mainly single high-risk type,and the HPV subtypes of higher infection rate are HPV52,HPV16 and HPV58.The high-risk infection rate is 31-50 years.
