摘要
目的 探究运用加味身痛逐瘀汤治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折时对患者血液中钙、磷，镁，骨源性碱性磷酸酶，白介素-6含量的影响。 方法 将符合诊断老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者120例随机分为4组，每组30例，实验A组（保守治疗＋加味身痛逐瘀汤组）：对照A组（保守治疗＋鲑鱼降钙素（密钙息）组）：实验B组（手术治疗＋加味身痛逐瘀汤组）：对照B组（手术治疗＋鲑鱼降钙素（密钙息）组）：检测患者血液中治疗前、治疗后1月、治疗后3月钙、磷，镁，骨源性碱性磷酸酶（BA2P），白介素-6（IL-6）含量。 结果 实验A组和实验B组白介素-6（IL-6）和骨源性碱性磷酸酶（BA2P）含量，治疗后明显比治疗前降低（ P 〈0.05），但对照A组和对照B组白介素-6（IL-6）骨源性碱性磷酸酶（BA2P）含量，治疗后比治疗前降低不明显（ P 〉0.05）；实验A组和实验B组中的钙、磷，镁浓度在治疗前后均出现不同程度的改变，但与对照组比较无统计学意义（ P 〉0.05）。 结论 加味身痛逐瘀汤可以通过改善老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者血液中骨源性碱性磷酸酶（BA2P），白介素-6（IL-6）含量调节体内血液中钙、磷，镁浓度达到治疗作用。
Objective： To explore the effects of flavored Shentongzhuyu decoction on the content of calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,bone alkaline phosphatase and interleukin-6 in the blood of senile osteoporotic vertebral compressible fractures. Methods： Divided 120 cases of senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral compressible fractures enrolled into four groups randomly,30 cases in each group,experimental group A （conservative treatment ＋ flavored Shentongzhuyu decoction group）,control group A （conservative treatment ＋ salmon calcitonin （dense calcium rates） group） ： the experimental group B （surgical treatment ＋ flavored Shentongzhuyu decoction group） ： control group B （surgical treatment ＋ salmon calcitonin （dense calcium rates） group） ： the detection of blood before and after treatment in patients with 1 month,3 month after treatment of calcium,phosphorus,magnesium,BA2P,IL-6 content. Results Experiment group A and group B IL-6 and BA2P content that after treatment than before treatment significantly lower （ P 〈0.05）,but the control group A and control group B IL-6 ,BA2P content,after treatment than before treatment to reduce is not obvious （ P 〈0.05）;Calcium,phosphorus and magnesium concentrations in group A and group B of the experiment all changed in different degrees before and after treatment,but they were of no statistical significance compared with the control group （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Flavored Shentongzhuyu decoction can improve the senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the blood of BA2P and IL - 6 content in regulating blood calcium,phosphorus,magnesium concentration to achieve therapeutic effect.
