摘要
近年来,美国提出"工业互联网"发展政策,德国提出"工业4.0"的制造业智能发展规划,中国制造业也在由"中国制造"向"中国创造"转变。但能源环境约束是中国制造业转型升级的先验指标,构建包括能源环境指标在内的制造业转型升级综合评价体系,并将能源环境细化为六个变量,结合中国制造业能源环境约束,对中国制造业价值链上游化的影响因素进行分析,得出结论:单位增加值的空气排放量与单位增加值的能源消耗量对中国价值链上游化约束不强,而单位产值的空气排放量与单位产值的能源消耗量对中国价值链上游化约束较强,与排放相关的单位增加值能源消耗量、与排放相关的单位产值能源消耗量对中国价值链上游化有显著的约束。
In recent years,the United States has put forward the development policy of＂industrial Internet＂,Germany has put forward the intelligent manufacturing development plan of＂Industry 4.0＂,and China＇s manufacturing industry has also been transformed from ＂Made in China＂to＂Created in China＂.However,the constraint of energy environment is a priori indicator for the transformation and upgrading of China＇s manufacturing industry.Through the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system for manufacturing transformation and upgrading which includes energy environmental indicators and refines these indicators into six variables,and combined with the constraint of China＇s manufacturing energy environment,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the upstream of China＇s manufacturing value chain and concludes that the added value of air emissions per unit and the added value of energy consumption per unit do not have strong constraints on the upstream of China＇s manufacturing value chain while the production value of air emissions per unit and the production value of energy consumption per unit have strong constraints on the upstream of China＇s manufacturing value chain.The added value of energy consumption per unit that is related to the emission and the production value of energy consumption per unit related to the emission have significant constraints on the upstream of China＇s manufacturing value chain.
