摘要
通过对"海淘"发展背景进行研究,分析"海淘"迅速发展是因其具有一下因素:价格优势、质量优势、淘时尚、消费者购买力的提高及人民币国际支付能力的增强、"海淘"程序不断简化等。但也存在产品质量参次不齐、产品的邮寄成本增加、语言障碍导致购物障碍、"海淘"有较高被欺诈风险等问题。提出树立良好的消费观念,降低"海淘"税收成本,扫除语言障碍,保持警惕的心态,安全消费对策建议,从而更好地促进"海淘"的健康发展。
With the development of the economy in our country, the national consumption level is also constantly improving and consumption concept is also advancing with the world. Overseas online shopping expands the scope of consumer shopping, makes consumers enjoy lower prices, provides more safety and quality assurance and better quality of life. You can easily find cross - border shopping anytime and anywhere. Therefore, overseas online shopping gradually replaced the Chinese products ,the national taste is also around the world. Overseas online shopping indus- try rapid rise. With the expansion of the scope of overseas online shopping, the trade has gradually affected the do- mestic economy in many ways. At the same time, the existence of hidden dangers are also gradually exposed. In this paper, based on the research of the phenomenon of overseas online shopping and analysis, it provides consumers, businesses and government the responses to the overseas online shopping, so as to promote a better economic development of our country.
