摘要
目的探究液体敷料对乳腺癌输液港植入患者化疗期间的皮肤保护效果。方法选择2016年8月~2017年10月在德阳市人民医院乳腺科行乳腺癌化疗并植入静脉港的患者200例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各100例患者。A组给予普通方法护理,B组给予液体敷料改良护理法进行输液港周围皮肤护理。观察比较透明敷贴黏合处皮肤红肿、张力性水泡、瘙痒、感染、药液外渗等发生情况及输液港护理满意度。结果 B组患者皮肤发红、瘙痒、张力性水泡的发生率较A组明显降低(P<0.05),患者化疗期间输液港护理满意度明显提高(P<0.05);不增加感染及药液外渗的发生率。结论 3M液体敷料的应用可降低乳腺癌患者化疗期间输液港周围皮肤并发症,提高患者舒适度及输液港护理的满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of liquid dressing on skin protection in breast cancer patients with infusion port implantation during chemotherapy. Methods 200 patients were selected from August 2016 to October 2017 in Deyang Peopleg Hospital Department of breast breast cancer chemotherapy and implanted venous port, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, the ordinary method group （A group） and improved nursing liquid dressing method （group B）. To observe the two groups occurrence of skin swelling, tension blisters, itching, infection, liquid extravasation and so on, and the patient satisfaction with nursing care in transfusion port. Results The in- cidence of skin redness, itching and tension blisters in group B was significantly lower than that in group A （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the nursing satisfaction of patients in infusion port during chemotherapy was significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence of infection and extravasation of drugs was not increased. Conclusion The application of 3M liquid dressing can reduce the skin complications around the infusion port during breast cancer chemotherapy, improve the comfort of patients and the satisfaction of nursing care of the infusion port.
