摘要 考察了石墨烯含量、分散剂种类对PVC材料表面电阻的影响,以及分散剂种类对PVC材料塑化性能和拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:当石墨烯质量分数为3%,PE蜡质量分数为1%(均以PVC材料的质量为100%计)时,制得的PVC抗静电材料的表面电阻达到106Ω,拉伸强度达到55 MPa左右,可用于生产煤矿用PVC抗静电管材。 The effects of graphene content and dispersant type on the surface resistance of PVC ma- terials were investigated. The effects of dispersant types on the plasticizing properties and tensile strength of PVC materials were investigated. The results showed that when the graphene content was 3% and the PE wax content was 1% (based on the mass fraction of PVC materials was 100% ), the surface resistance of the PVC antistatic materials was 10^6Ω, and the tensile strength was about 55 MPa. The PVC antistatic materials could be used for the production of PVC antistatic pipes for coal mines.
