摘要
以贵阳市轨道交通某区间暗挖岩溶隧道为对象,从悬臂式掘进机的选用背景及目的、施工工艺及方法、优缺点分析及施工优化等方面介绍其在地铁暗挖岩溶隧道中的应用。研究表明,选用悬臂式掘进机可加快施工进度,减少围岩扰动,降低安全风险以及提高开挖质量等,是传统钻爆法施工所无法比拟的。
Taking the construction of undercutting karst tunnel in Guiyang as an object,the application of the cantilevered roadheader in the subway tunneling was studied comprehensively from the selection background and purpose,construction techniques and methods,advantages and disadvantages,and construction optimization. Studies showed that the use of a cantilevered roadheader can accelerate construction progress,reduce rock disturbances,decrease safety risks,and improve excavation quality,which is unmatched by traditional drilling and blasting methods.
