摘要
目的观察成人下腔静脉PICC置管采用PDCA护理模式对患者依从性及护理质量影响分析。方法收集在本院2016年3月到2017年3月行下腔静脉PICC置管的105例成人肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组53例,采用常规护理方式护理,观察组52例采用PDCA循环护理模式护理。分析两组下腔静脉PICC置管依从性与护理质量。结果观察组置管依从性评分优于对照组;观察组下腔静脉PICC留置时间(52.7±5.9)h长于对照组的(41.7±6.7)h,护理评分(97.4±1.5)分高于对照组的(81.7±2.9)分,下腔静脉PICC导管维护效果(98.7±0.8)分高于对照组的(75.5±1.2)分,对日常生活的影响(10.6±0.5)分低于对照组的(15.8±1.3)分,并发症发生率5.77%低于对照组的22.64%。以上各组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于成人下腔静脉PICC置管患者,采用PDCA护理模式可有效提高患者置管依从性,提高护理质量。
Objective To observe the effect of PDCA nursing mode on the compliance and nursing quality of adult patients with inferior vena cava PICC catheter.Methods collected in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 for the PICC inferior vena cava in 105 cases of adult patients with tumor tube,were randomly divided into control group and PDCA group,of which 53 cases were treated with routine nursing care as control group,another 52 cases were treated with PDCA cycle nursing group called PDCA.Analysis of two groups of patients with inferior vena cava PICC catheter compliance and quality of care.Results the compliance score of PDCA group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.001）.PDCA group of inferior vena cava indwelling time of PICC（ 52.7±5.9） h on nursing（ 97.4±1.5）,inferior vena cava PICC catheter maintenance effect（ 98.7± 0.8） was significantly higher than the control group,the score effect on daily life（ 10.6±0.5） was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The complication rate of group PDCA（ 5.4%） was significantly less than that of the control group（ 22.64%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.Conclusion for patients with inferior vena cava PICC catheter placement,the PDCA nursing model can effectively improve the patient compliance and improve the quality of care.
