摘要
目的三维超声评价补中益气汤加味联合Kegal训练对围绝经期女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法选取2017年8月~2018年1月在本院妇科就诊的的80例围绝经期压力性尿失禁患者,随机分为中药组与对照组。中药组40例采用中药补中益气汤加味联合Kegal训练治疗,对照组40例进行Kegal训练。两组均以14 d为一个疗程,连续3个疗程。观察尿失禁程度及盆底超声测量值改变。结果中药组与对照组的尿失禁疗效分别为95.0%、57.5%,两组盆底超声测量值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论补中益气汤联合Kegal训练法治疗围绝经期女性尿失禁有良好的疗效,且安全性好,盆底三维超声可以客观评价其疗效。
Objective To investigate the three-dimensional ultrasound in the evaluation of the efficacy of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Kegal training on stress urinary incontinence in perimenopausal women, neth- ods 80 patients with perimenopausal stress urinary incontinence who were diagnosed in the department of gynecology of our hospital from August 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomLy divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group. 40 patients in the Chinese medicine Group were treated with combined Buzhong Yiqi Decoc- tion combined with Kegal training. 40 patients in the control group were given Kegal training. Both groups were given 14 days of treatment as a course of treatment, with three consecutive courses.The degree of urinary incontinence and changes in pelvic ultrasound measurements were observed. Results The curative effect of urinary incontinence in Chi- nese medicine group and control group was 95.0% and 57.5% respectively. There was significant difference in the pelvic ultrasound measurements between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Kegal training method has a good curative effect on stress urinary incontinence in perimenopausal women and has a good safety. Pelvic three-dimensional ultrasound can objectively evaluate its efficacy.
