摘要
目的 ：观察电针治疗ICU获得性肌无力（ICU-AW）的临床疗效。方法 ：采用回顾性研究的方式,将124例ICU-AW患者根据不同治疗方案分为电针组和对照组各62例,对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,电针组患者在对照组基础上加用电针治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后肌酐、上臂肌围、清蛋白、前清蛋白及肌力变化情况,统计机械通气时间、ICU住院时间和急性生理与慢性健康（APACHEⅡ）评分。结果：经治疗后电针组患者肌酐、清蛋白、前清蛋白及肌力提高较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）,而上臂肌围未见明显改变（P〉0.05）,机械通气时间、ICU住院时间均比对照组明显缩短而APACHEⅡ评分亦比对照组明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论：电针治疗ICU-AW具有显著的疗效,可以改善患者症状和预后,缩短脱机及住院时间,提高生活质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture（EA） on intensive care unit acquired weakness（ICU-AW）. Methods：In a retrospective study,124 ICU-AW patients were assigned to the EA group and the control group according to different treatment plans. Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine,while patients in the EA group were given EA on the basis of the control group. The changes of creatinine,upper arm muscle circumference,albumin,prealbumin,and muscle strength before and after treatment were observed,as well as mechanical ventilation time,duration of ICU stay,and acute physical and chronic health（APACHEII） score. Results：After the treatment,creatinine,albumin,prealbumin,and muscle strength in the EA group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant change in the upper arm muscle circumference（P〉0.05）. In the EA group the mechanical ventilation time and duration of ICU stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group and the APACHEII score was also significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：EA has significant curative effect in the treatment of ICU-AW,which can improve the symptoms and prognosis of patients,shorten the time of mechanic ventilation and hospitalization,and improve the quality of life.
