BK通道在肾脏钾离子代谢中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 人体时刻都在维持机体的电解质稳态,而肾脏是机体保持钾离子均衡的主要器官,肾脏中参与钾离子代谢的通道主要有肾外髓钾通道(renal outer medullary K channel,ROMK)和大电导钙离子依赖性钾通道(large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels,BK).近些年的研究已经证实了ROMK通道负责基础的钾离子分泌,而BK通道则发挥补充作用,尤其是在Batter综合征和Gitleman综合征两种基因紊乱疾病中作用显著.BK通道分布于神经元,心肌细胞,各脉管系统等多种细胞上.本文则主要阐述BK通道在肾脏中的分布、类型、功能、调控方式等方面的研究.
