摘要
通过Magma软件对汽车发动机铝合金链条盖充型凝固过程进行模拟分析,确定了最优的压铸工艺方案:浇注温度为670℃,模具初始温度为150℃,慢压射速度为0.3m/s,快压射速度为3m/s。用优化的压铸工艺方案进行生产,得到了合格的链条盖铸件,验证了模拟结果的正确性。
The filling and solidification process was simulated by Magma software for aluminum alloy chain cover,and die casting process were optimized as follows:pouring temperature of 670 ℃,mold preheating temperature of 150 ℃,slow injection velocity of 0.3 m/s and the high injection velocity of 3 m/s.Through adopting the optimized parameters,the qualified aluminum alloy chain cover was produced successfully,which verified the rationality of the simulated results.
