Anatomical development and clinical significance of the concept of porta hepatis

摘要 肝脏具有复杂的血液供应和流出系统,主要由门静脉、肝动脉、肝静脉、肝短静脉及下腔静脉构成。在肝脏解剖研究的初始阶段,“肝门”的概念特指门静脉血液流入肝脏的解剖学区域。随着肝脏解剖学研究的深入,为适应肝脏外科临床实践发展的需要,“肝门”的概念逐步延伸至肝脏的血液流入区域和血液流出区域。本文对“肝门”概念的解剖学发展及其临床意义进行回顾和论述。 The liver has complex blood supply and out- flow system, mainly is composed of portal vein, hepatic artery, hepatic vein, short hepatic vein and inferior vena cava. At the initial stage of liver anatomy, the concept of "porta hepatis " re- fers specifically to the portal vein blood flow into the anatomical region of the liver. With the further study of liver anatomy and the need to adapt to the development of clinical practice of liver surgery, the concept of "porta hepatis" gradually extends to the blood inflow and outflow region. This article will review and dis- cuss the anatomical development and clinical significance of " porta hepatis".
