摘要
基于河南省水环境现状,从"压力-状态-响应"(PSR)指标体系框架出发,建立河南省水环境生态安全评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对所选取指标进行分类,并对河南省2010-2016年间的水环境生态安全水平发展变化趋势进行分析。结果表明:运用主成分分析法将选用的29个指标最终划分成3个主成分,河南省水环境生态安全程度主要是由第一主成分决定,即由人口,生产总值,化肥、农药、薄膜的使用量,工业废水中COD、氨氮排放量,人均和单位GDP用水量等控制,其次取决于河南省政府对水体污染治理投资情况。2010-2016年河南省水环境生态安全综合指数变化趋势与压力、响应指数变化趋势一致,均是整体呈逐年上升趋势,说明近年来河南省水环境质量状况逐渐有所好转,但近两年稍有下降趋势,仍需加大对水环境的治理,改善水环境整体质量,提高水环境生态系统自身应对外界压力胁迫的能力。
Based on the pressure-state-response index system and the present status of water environment ecosystem in Henan,the ecological security assessment index systems of water environment in Henan are established. The indexes are analyzed by principle component analysis.The results show: The indexes are divided into three components,and the water environment ecological security in Henan are decided by the first component,such as population,total output value,the consumption of fertilizer,pesticide and film,COD and ammonia nitrogen discharge from industrial waste wate. Secondly,the water environment ecological security in Henan are controled by investment in treatment of604 61169 627% 6 885%water pollution. From 2010 to 2016,the assessment value of comprehensive,pressure and response index kept rising on the whole. That dicated 6 047 8528 489% 8 water environmental quality in Henan improved gradually,but 60478528489% 8 it increased lightly in recent two years. By increasing much focus and financial support on the water environment regulation,water quality and ability of coping the external pressure has been improved.
