摘要
为了探讨结肠止泻汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)脾虚湿盛证的临床效果,回顾性分析2015年10月至2017年10月接受治疗的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料。将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。给予对照组患者口服柳氮磺胺吡啶口服治疗,观察组给予结肠止泻汤进行治疗。观察2组患者的治疗效果、症状积分改善情况和安全性。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率为94.0%(47/50),明显高于对照组76.0%(38/50),P<0.05;观察组各临床症状积分改善程度明显优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,结肠止泻汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎脾虚湿盛证不仅能明显改善患者临床症状,而且能减少患者不良反应,提高治疗效果。
In order to investigate the clinical effect of Jiechang Zhixie Tang （a TCM formula,a decoction for arresting diarrhea from colon） in the treatment of UC author retrospectively analyzed 100 cases of UC, randomly divided them into observation group and control one （50 cases for each） ,which the former orally administered above Tang, the latter orally administered salazosulfapyridine（Azulfidine）, then compared both group＇s effect, the score on symptoms and safety. As results,the total effective rate of the former was significantly higher than that of the latter [94.4%（47/50） vs 76.0%（38/50）, P 〈0.05] ;in the improve- ment of the symptom＇s score the former was significantly superior to the latter（ P %0.05）;in the incidence of adverse reaction there was statistical difference（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above Tang for UC of syn- drome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency not only improve clinical symptoms, but reduce patient＇s adverse renction,so that uplift effect.
