摘要
为探讨窦道切除联合单边内翻缝合术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的效果,回顾分析2013年7月至2017年7月于成都中医药大学附属医院肛肠科行窦道切除联合单边内翻缝合术治疗的17例骶尾部藏毛窦患者资料。结果显示,17例患者均愈合良好,局部无血肿、坏死、感染等并发症,随访半年均无复发。结果表明,窦道切除联合单边内翻缝合术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦效果满意,不失为一种理想的方法。
This study was to investigate the effect of sinus tract resection combined with unilaterally suture in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus, retrospectively analysed the data of 17 cases who received above combination procedure in author＇s coloproctological department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of TCM from July 2013 to July 2017yr. As results,all 17 patients all got better healing,without local hematoma,necrosis and infected,the follow up of 0.5 year did not find any recurrence. Results show that above-mentioned combination procedure for sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus has satisfactory outcome, can still service as an idea therapy.
