摘要
研究目的:目前,独立经营的项目管理模式使建筑施工企业人、财、物等各类资源高度分散,项目部资源配置效率不高。本文以某建筑施工企业推广区域项目管理模式的实践经验为依托,对其背景、内涵、做法及应用效果进行深入分析研究,以便为其他建筑施工企业提供借鉴。研究结论:(1)区域项目管理模式有效整合人、财、物等各类资源,实现区域内各项目的集中管控和协同推进;(2)区域项目管理模式可大幅压缩企业成本费用,提高企业的经济效益;(3)区域项目管理模式可助力项目人才队伍梯队建设,有效提升企业的管理水平;(4)区域项目管理模式可"以现场保市场",实现企业在该区域的滚动发展;(5)该研究成果可为在同一区域有多个项目的施工企业提供参考。
Research purposes： The project management mode of independent operation makes the resources of construction enterprise such as human,financial,and material resources highly dispersed,and the resource allocation efficiency of project department is low. Based on the practical experience of a construction enterprise in regional project management model,this paper analyzes its background,connotation,practice and application effect in an in-depth way,so as to provide reference for other construction enterprises.Research conclusions：（1） The regional project management model effectively integrates various resources such as human,financial,and material resources to achieve centralized control and coordinated advancement of various projects in the region.（2） The regional project management model can greatly reduce the cost of the enterprise and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.（3） The regional project management model can help the construction of the talents team of the project and effectively improve the management level of the enterprise.（4） The regional project management model can ＂keep the market on the site＂and realize the rolling development of the enterprise in the region.（5） The research results can provide reference for construction enterprises with several projects in the same area.
