摘要
研究目的:在我国高速铁路大量投入运营的今天,由岩土构成的高速铁路路基在运营过程中,受不同自然环境的影响,难免会发生变形病害。当路基填筑本体发生变形病害危及线路运营安全时,如何在不慢行、保证线路正常安全运营的条件下对已发生的高速铁路路基病害进行整治,这是目前世界各国面临的难题。研究结论:(1)高速铁路无砟轨道路基病害整治,应贯彻采用微变形扰动的整治方案;(2)微变形扰动的施工工艺与工法,速凝早强的加固材料,实时的、高精度的、可校核的变形监测方案,科学合理的施工工序与施工管理等一体的微变形扰动整治技术符合运营高速铁路路基本体变形病害微变形扰动的治理要求;(3)该技术已在某高速铁路路基本体变形病害整治中成功应用,对运营高速铁路路基变形病害的治理具有一定的借鉴与指导作用。
Research purposes: A large number of high-speed railways put into operation in China. Deformation diseases often occur on the high speed railway subgrade,which was composed of rock and soil medium and influenced by different natural environment. When serious deformation diseases occurred on the high speed railway subgrade which may even endanger the line operation safety in the operation process,it is a difficult problem in the world to control the disease of high speed railway subgrade without speed reduction and ensuring the normal and safe operation of the line.Research conclusions:(1) The disease treatment of ballastless track subgrade of high-speed railway should have the features of micro-disturbance of displacement;(2) The complete treatment techniques include the micro-disturbance construction technology and construction parameters,the quick setting early strengthening material,the real-time mutual checking monitoring method, and the scientific and reasonable construction procedure and construction management,which meet the management requirements of micro-deformation treatment for deformation disease of operating high speed railway subgrade;(3) Based on the experimental study and successful engineering application in an operating high-speed railway operation,it is a certain reference and guidance for the treatment of high speed railway subgrade deformation disease.
