摘要
目的利用文献计量学方法分析国外近5年(2012-2016年)妇科学与产科学研究热点,以期为妇产科专业人员和科研管理人员的决策提供参考。方法选择Web of Science(WOS)数据库为数据源,以期刊引用报告(JCR)中5种IF值较高(IF>5)的妇产科学类期刊在WOS数据库中的记录为样本。时间跨度均为2012-2016年。下载所选期刊的全部文献记录,抽取和统计下载文献中的关键词,统计每个关键词所出现的频次并截取高频关键词,根据高频关键词在文献中出现情况构建高频词-文献矩阵,根据高频词共现情况对其进行聚类分析,解析高频关键词共现聚类结果后确定妇产科学的发展态势及研究热点。结果共检索出相关文献5 878篇。高频关键词共47个,聚类分析后得出8个国外妇产科学研究热点。结论对国外近5年妇产科学发文分析得出的8个研究热点涵盖了妇产科学研究的多个方面,了解这些可为将来的妇产科学临床和基础研究提供有价值的资料。
Objective Analyze overseas obstetric and gynecological research hotspots from 2012 to 2016 by bibliometric methods and provide reference for decision making by professionals and scientific research managers. Methods The Web of Science（ WOS） database was used as the data source; and records of five obstetric and gynecological periodicals with relatively high IF values（ IF 5） in the journal citation report（ JCR） in the WOS database were used as samples. The time span was form 2012 to 2016. All literature records of the selected journals were downloaded,and key words in the downloaded literature were extracted and statistically analyzed. The frequency of each key word was calculated,and high-frequency key words were identified. A high-frequency word-literature matrix was constructed according to presence of high-frequency key words in literature and clustering analysis was performed according to co-occurrence of high-frequency words.After interpretation of co-occurrence and clustering results of high-frequency words,the development trend and research hotspots in obstetrics and gynecology were identified.Results A total of 5 878 related articles were obtained.Forty seven high-frequency key words were identified,and eight overseas obstetric and gynecological research hotspots were obtained after clustering analysis.Conclusion The eight research hotspots identified by analysis of obstetric and gynecological publications in the recent five years have covered multiple aspects,and understanding this may provide valuable information for future clinical and fundamental research in obstetrics and gynecology.
