臭氧催化氧化法处理苯酚甲醛模拟废水的研究 被引量:5

摘要 制备了5种催化剂并用于苯酚甲醛废水臭氧催化氧化去除COD反应。通过BET、XRF和吸附饱和过程对催化剂进行表征,从COD去除效果和臭氧有效降解度两方面比较了催化剂的活性,并通过调节pH和加入自由基抑制剂探索了反应途径。结果表明,催化剂活性金属负载量稳定,自制Fe_2O_3/ACNT催化剂具有适中的比表面积、强度和吸附量,对苯酚甲醛废水的COD去除率高于其他催化剂,并且在110~470 mg/L的COD范围内保持高于86%的去除率。碱性条件下,·OH是反应过程中的主要物种。Fe_2O_3/ACNT催化剂在COD为470.5 mg/L时,COD平均去除率达到86.2%,并在45 d内保持活性稳定,适合工业应用。 Five kinds of catalysts are prepared for removing COD from phenol-formaldehyde wastewater by ozone catalytic oxidation. The catalysts are characterized by BET,XRF and adsorption saturation process. The activity of the catalysts is compared from two aspects: COD removal efficiency and ozone effective degradation rate. The reaction pathways are explored by adjusting pH and adding free radical inhibitors.Results show that the loading amount of active metal in catalyst remains stable,self-made Fe2O3/ACNT catalyst has moderate specific surface area,strength and adsorption capacity and can achieve higher COD removal rate than other catalysts. The COD removal rate from phenolformaldehyde wastewater over Fe2O3/ACNT catalyst remains higher than 88% in the COD range of 110 mg·L^-1 to 470 mg·L^-1.Under alkaline conditions,·OH is the main species in the reaction process.When COD is 470. 5 mg·L^-1,Fe2O3/ACNT catalyst can make the average COD removal rate reach 86. 2%,and can remain stable activity in 45 days,suitable for industrial application.
