摘要
根据生产实践经验,本文介绍了使用L-苯丙氨酸和L-天门冬氨酸作为原料制造阿斯巴甜的工艺过程,分析制作过程中仍然存在的关键问题和需要改进的事项,提出了仍有待进一步攻关的科研目标。
Based on production experience ,technological process of aspartame was introduced by use of the main materials of L-phenylalanine and L-aspartic acid in this paper,any key solutions and matters needing improvement were analyzed in the process of aspartame,the related scientific researches will be needful to be explored in the future.
