摘要
目的观察关节镜清理配合腓骨截骨术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择2016年2月~2017年6月我院收治的膝关节早期骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,即关节镜清理+腓骨截骨术组和单纯关节镜探查清理术组,分别采用关节镜清理配合腓骨截骨术及单纯关节镜探查清理术进行治疗,比较手术前后VAS及HSS评分。结果和术前比较,两组VAS评分均明显降低(P <0. 05),HSS评分均明显升高(P <0. 05);和单纯关节镜探查清理术组相比,关节镜清理配合腓骨截骨术组的患者术后VAS评分显著降低(P <0. 05),HSS评分显著升高(P <0. 05)。结论关节镜清理配合腓骨截骨术治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效优于单纯关节镜探查清理术,能有效纠正下肢力线,改善关节功能,适用于早期膝关节骨性关节炎的患者。
Objective To observe the comparative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with fibular osteotomy and simple arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of knee osteoarthri- tis. Methods The patients with early knee osteoarthritis from February 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, which were ar- throscopic debridement combined with fibular osteotomy group and simple arthroscopic debride- ment group. The scores of VAS and HSS before and after the surgery were compared. Results Compared with preoperative group, the VAS scores of both post-operative groups were signifi- cantly lower （P 〈 0. 05 ） and the HSS scores were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The VAS score was decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the HSS score was increased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） in arthroscopic debridement combined with fibular osteotomy group than that of simple arthroscopic debridement. Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic debridement com- bined with fibular osteotomy is better than that of simple arthroscopic debridement. It could cor- rect the lower limb force line and improve the joint function effectively. It is suitable for pa- tients with early osteoarthritis of the knee.
