摘要 重离子治癌加速器的控制系统非常复杂、非常重要,本文主要介绍了重离子治癌加速器离子源控制系统软件的设计。该控制软件采用C++,Flash和组态软件相结合的方式开发而成,用C++开发底层与设备交互的驱动程序,用组态软件开发数据的交互与处理,以及大部分的控制界面,用Flash开发界面的部分动态内容。核心控制程序运行在数据中心的主服务器上,中央控制室的客户机可通过浏览器运行控制界面。运用该控制软件,武威重离子加速器示范装置已于2015年成功出束。经2年实际运行表明,该控制软件能很好的保障离子源的正常调束需求,满足物理人员所提出的设计指标。 Control system of heavy ion cancer accelerator is very complex and very important, the design of ion source control system software of heavy ion cancer accelerator is introduced by this paper. A combination of ways is developed by the control software with C++, Flash and SCADA, to develop driver that interacts with the device by C++, to develop data interaction and processing by SCADA, as well as most of the control interface, to develop some dynamic content of the interface by Flash. The core control program is run on the main server in the data center; HMI is shown in the client of the central control room by browser. Using this control software, The Wuwei Heavy Ion Accelerator Demonstration Unit was successfully exported in 2015. The Wuwei Heavy Ion Accelerator Demonstration Unit was successfully commissioned in 2015 through this control software. Normal tune needs of ion source are well protected by the control software since two years ago, and the physical design of the proposed targets is completely satisfied too.
