电力机车辅助变流系统性能参数采集系统设计

摘要 目前没有随车监测电能质量的设备,因此不能全面评价机车运行品质,不能对辅助变流系统的故障进行全面诊断。本设计在辅助变流系统供电原理的基础上对谐波产生的机理进行分析。按照虚拟仪器思想建立一个以电能质量分析为目的的数据采集系统,选择了相应的数据采集设备,并设计了相应的检测电路并按电能质量分析的要求编制了软件采集程序,并对设计的数据采集系统进行了实验验证。设计的数据采集系统可提高数据采集系统故障诊断的准确性。 There is no vehicle to monitor the quality of power equipment, it can not fully evaluate the quality of locomotive running, can not be a comprehensive fault diagnosis of the auxiliary system. The design of the auxiliary converter system based on the principle of the harmonic generation of the mechanism of analysis. According to the idea of virtual instrument, a data acquisition system for power quality analysis is established. The corresponding data acquisition equipment is selected and the corresponding detection circuit is designed and the software acquisition program is compiled according to the requirements of power quality analysis. The experimental system was validated. The design of the data acquisition system can improve the accuracy of data acquisition system fault diagnosis.
