摘要
本文主要研究预养时间、蒸养恒温温度、恒温养护时间、升温速率、后期养护制度等蒸汽养护参数对地铁管片高耐久性混凝土氯离子渗透系数的影响,通过研究发现恒温养护温度与养护时间对混凝土的抗渗性能影响最为显著,其它养护参数也同样不可忽略,其中静停4h,升温速率20℃/h,60℃恒温8h,降温至20℃后转水中养护7d后自然养护获得的蒸养混凝土抗渗性最佳。
This article mainly studies the effect of steam curing parameters such as pre-recovery time, steam-constant temperature, constant temperature curing time, heating rate, and late-stage curing system on the chloride ion permeability coefficient of high-strength concrete in subway section. Through the study it is found that constant curing temperature and curing time on the most significant influence on the permeability of concrete and other maintenance parameters is also cannot be ignored, including static 4 h, heating rate 20℃/h, 60℃ temperature 8 h, cooling to 20℃ after curing in water after 7 d natural curing to obtain the best steam cured concrete permeability resistance.
