硫化物可以导致多种催化剂中毒。在焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺中,硫化物对甲烷转化使用的催化剂活性和甲醇合成使用的催化剂活性有显著影响。五麟煤焦开发有限责任公司使用含有FPD(火焰光度检测器)的气相色谱仪测定含量为0.02~5 ppm的硫化物。该方法具有准确度高、重现性好、分析速率快的优点,为相关催化剂的使用和维护提供了准确、可靠的依据。
Sulfide can cause a variety of catalyst poisoning. In the process of methanol production from coke oven gas, the activity of catalyst used for the conversion of methane and the activity of catalyst used for methanol synthesis have a very significant effect. A gas chromatograph containing FPD(flame photometric detector) was used in Wulin Coal Char Development Co., Ltd. to determine the sulphide content between 0.02 and 5 ppm. The method has the advantages of high accuracy, good reproducibility and fast analysis rate, and provides an accurate and reliable basis for the use and maintenance of the related catalysts.
