摘要
吉X井是某油田苏北盆地东台坳陷海安凹陷曲塘次凹陷南部斜坡带袁家断块构造高部位上的一口水平井。介绍了吉X井井眼基本情况,分析了固井难点分析,提出了相应的固井技术措施,但由于该井在钻井过程中井眼轨迹不规则,存在"大肚子"井段,套管不居中,固井顶替效率差,导致整井固井声幅值较高,质量差。着重对其进行了固井质量原因和后续补救风险分析,对类似的固井施工案例具有一定的现场借鉴意义。
Ji X well in a oilfield is a horizontal well on the high structural part of Yuanjia fault block of the southern slope of Qutang subsag, Haian sag, Dongtai depression, Subei Basin. The basic situation of Ji X well wellbore is introduced, the difficulties in cementing are analyzed, and the corresponding cementing technical measures are put forward. However, because of the irregular wellhole trajectory of the well, there is a "big belly" well section, the casing is not in the middle, and the displacement efficiency of cementing is poor, which leads to the high sound amplitude and poor quality of well cementing. The reasons for poor cementing quality and the subsequent remedial risk of cementing quality are emphatically analyzed, which can provide reference for similar cementing cases.
