29.7m跨拱形波纹钢屋盖结构分析

摘要 以29.7m跨、拱高10.0m、钢板壁厚1.5mm的拱形波纹钢屋盖为对象,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对结构进行了非线性分析。主要结论为:典型荷载工况作用下,拱形波纹钢屋盖的最大Mises应力均小于彩色涂层钢板强度设计值,结构满足设计要求。当风荷载参与荷载组合时,拱形波纹钢屋盖的整体失稳属于非对称失稳。当有恒载和雪载共同作用时,半跨雪载下结构的稳定承载力更低,结构更危险。 The arch steel corrugated roof is taken as the research object with 29.7 mspan,arch height 10.0 mand steel plate thickness 1.5 mm.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to take nonlinear analysis to the structure.The main conclusion is as that:under the typical load combination conditions,the maximum Mises stress of arch corrugated steel roof is less than the design value of color coated steel plate,and the structure meets the design requirements.When the wind load is involved in the load combination,the overall instability of the arch corrugated steel roof belongs to the asymmetric instability.For the combination of dead load and snow load,the structure stability bearing capacity is lower for the half span snow load condition,and the structure is more dangerous for this situation.
