摘要
该文采用压力泌水率、倒筒时间、含气量、凝结时间、坍落度、粘度等试验方法,研究了天然火山灰和粉煤灰复掺对混凝土工作性能的影响,结果表明:混凝土的压力泌水率随着掺合料的掺入而降低,火山灰与粉煤灰复掺可进一步降低混凝土拌合物的压力泌水率;粉煤灰的掺入可提高混凝土拌合物的含气量,火山灰的掺入使混凝土拌合物的含气量降低,双掺火山灰与粉煤灰可使混凝土拌合物含气量控制在较为适中的范围;C35混凝土拌合物与C45混凝土拌合物的粘度值均随火山灰的掺入增大,且随粉煤灰的掺入降低,双掺火山灰与粉煤灰可使混凝土拌合物粘度适中。
This article studies the effect of mixing natural pozzolana and fly ash on the performance of concrete by using test methods including pressure bleeding rate,barrel time,gas content,setting time,slump and viscosity.The results show that:the pressure bleeding rate of concrete is reduced with the addition of admixture,and further dropped by mixing pozzolana and fly ash;gas content of concrete increases by putting in fly ash,and falls with the addition of natural pozzolana,but can be controlled within a moderate range by mixing natural pozzolana and fly ash;viscosity of C35 concrete mixture and C45 concrete mixture increases with addition of pozzolana,and decreases with the incorporation of fly ash,but can be moderate with the admixture of pozzolana and fly ash.
