摘要
钢丝编织胶管的扣压结构各不相同,其中扣压式结构使用最广泛,但是对于这种结构的扣压量都没有明确说明,也没有特定的参考公式,这限制了工程人员对于胶管总成可靠性的理论验证,为了提高胶管扣压量的理论参考,现提出一种结合实际的并运用橡胶压缩率特性的扣压量计算方法。
Steel wire braided hose fastening structure is different, the buckling type of the most widely used structure, but for withholding the amount of this structure are not clear, there is no specific reference formula, which limits the engineering personnel to verify the reliability of the hose assembly theory, in order to improve the theoretical reference volume calculation method of rubber press. This paper presents a practical and application of rubber compression ratio characteristics of the withholding amount.
