摘要
全民阅读与科技融合推动传统公共文化服务事业向现代公共文化服务体系转变。结合我国全民阅读工作的发展,界定全民阅读科技服务能力的内涵,构建全民阅读科技服务能力结构模型,建立全民阅读科技服务能力建设内容体系。通过系统化的全民阅读科技服务能力建设,全面提升全民阅读服务效能。
The integration of national reading and technology promoted the transformation of traditional public cultural service to modern public cultural service. This paper defned the connotation of the national reading service ability based on its development. Constructing the model of national reading technology services ability, it established the content system of national reading technology services ability. It can improve the effectiveness of the national reading service based on construction of technology service capacity of national reading.
