摘要
开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)多数控制算法是基于反馈电流实现的,因此反馈电流的精确度直接关系到控制算法的实施精准度。该文提出一种改进SRM数字电流控制方法,能有效提高反馈电流的精准度。该方法通过改变电流采样点解决传统电流采样的一拍延时问题,进而减小转矩脉动。同时通过比较,选择较优的脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)发波方法,此方法与传统的PWM发波方法相比,在相同的占空比下,一个周期内电流的变化量相同,但是电流变化峰峰值明显减小,从而降低电流脉动。最后,通过仿真与实验验证上述所提方法的实用性及有效性。
Most control algorithms of switched reluctance motor(SRM) are based on the feedback current, so the accuracy of the feedback current is directly related to the accuracy of the implementation of the control algorithm. An improved SRM digital current control method was proposed, which can improve the precision of feedback current effectively. This method can solve the one beat delay problem of traditional current sampling method by changing the current sampling point, thereby reducing the torque ripples. At the same time, a better pulse width modulation(PWM) wave generation method was selected. Compared with traditional PWM wave generation method, this better PWM wave generation method keeps same change of current in one period with same duty cycle, but the current peak-peak value is reduced, thereby reducing the ripples of current. Finally, the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified by simulation and experiment results.
