摘要
在大气污染防治背景下,如何科学、有效地规划发展京津冀地区的新能源资源已成为解决雾霾天气的关键。首先,梳理京津冀地区的风能、光伏、光热的资源情况与发展现状,提出京津冀地区新能源发展的优势与劣势,为新能源发电协调规划和发展模式提供研究基础。其次,重点研究了京津冀地区新能源发电的协同规划,并针对夏、冬两季典型日的新能源互补发电的出力特性与负荷情况进行对比分析。基于上述研究成果,提出了京津冀地区新能源的两种发展模式,为促进京津冀地区新能源发展规划、有效解决大气污染问题提供借鉴。
Under the background of air pollution prevention and control,how to scientifically and effectively develop and plan the new energy resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region became the key point to solve the hazy weather. Firstly,this paper summarized the resources and development status of wind energy,solar energy,photothermal energy and biomass energy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of new energy development in these areas,laying foundation for the following study. Secondly,this paper focused on studying the collaborative planning of new energy generation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei areas, and comparatively analyzed the output and load conditions of new energy complementary generation in summer and winter. Finally,based on the above,two development models of new energy resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were proposed,which provided reference for the new energy development planning and the air pollution problem solving.
